If you are getting this output in the log, I'm not sure why you can't open the status web page. Are you still getting similar output in the MinimServer log now? The output from the MinimServer log at the start of your post shows that you have a compatible version of Java installed on the Synology and that MinimServer is running. It's very unfortunate that this message isn't clearer and as a result you have done a lot of unnecessary extra work reinstalling Java on the Synology. The message from File Station relates to the Java installed on the computer running your web browser, not the Java installed on the Synology.
